- Give assistance and kindness wherever needed.
- Do what you know to be right.
- Look after the well-being of mind and body.
- Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
- Be truthful and honest at all times.
- Take full responsibility for your actions.
These 10 commandments meant a lot to Native Americans back then and now. It is fascinating how Native Americans have lived my these ten commandments like we have, to our commandments. Although theirs might be more things of doing while ours is the law. These commandments are their law. Like our commandments it is our law. One example of the commandments is ,Do what you know is right. This means that if you know it is wrong don’t do it. If it is right and you know it, do it.
