"In life as in football, you won't go far, unless you know where the goalposts are"

I agree with this quote by Arnold H. Glasgow because In life you wont get very far if you don't have a goal. Having a goal helps you look for ways to achieve it. Without a goal you wont know where to go. Without a goal you will just be lost. What i think he means by the goal posts is in football the players wont know where to go without the goal post which represents their goal to score. Its the same thing with life, without a goal you won't know where to go.
